The ARP Years (1979-1981)
Aug 1979 to Jun 1981 Staff Engineer Lexington, MA
I went to college so that I could design synthesizers. At ARP, I worked extensively in electronic and mechanical design, prototyping, parts specification and detail drafting (including PCB layout).
I developed a keyboard velocity sensitive switch system, an electronic piano amplifier/speaker system, and I/O boards for Apple II and IBM PC ISA to connect PCs to consumer electronic products (pre-MIDI).
